Title case rules
Style guides such as AP, Chicago and APA differ slightly, but they agree on the basics: capitalize the first and last words and all "major" words — nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and pronouns. Keep articles (a, an, the), short coordinating conjunctions (and, but, or, nor) and short prepositions (in, on, at, of, to, by) lowercase when they appear in the middle. Cases for programmers
Programming languages cannot use spaces in names, so developers join words with capitalization or symbols. Each community has its own convention: JavaScript uses camelCase for variables and PascalCase for classes, Python prefers snake_case, URLs and CSS favour kebab-case, and environment variables use CONSTANT_CASE.
